Power cable for cable chains – reliability in harsh conditions
This metered TOPFLEX-611-PUR 4G70 cable with a cross-section of 70 mm² is an ideal solution for use in cable chains, robotics and CNC machining centers. Designed to operate in demanding conditions, it provides reliable power even with intense bending and exposure to external factors. Its construction and materials guarantee long life and safe use.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on four highly flexible (class 6) copper cores. The cores are insulated with polypropylene (PP) and twisted together, which provides them with resistance to mechanical damage. Additionally, they are wrapped with non-woven fabric for better sliding properties, making it easier to run in cable chains. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating in gray (RAL 7001), which provides resistance to abrasion, oils, chemicals and UV radiation. The cable has a yellow-green protective conductor for increased safety. It is worth noting that the materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substances.

- Rated voltage U: 1000 V – allows use in installations with higher voltage.
