Industrial robot cable – flexibility and durability in one

This metered ROBOFLEX 2001 4G0.75 cable is designed for demanding applications in industrial robotics. It provides a reliable connection in control and signaling systems where resistance to repeated bending and twisting is critical. Its construction guarantees long-lasting performance even in harsh working conditions.

Construction and properties

The cable is distinguished by its exceptional flexibility, even at low temperatures – the operating range is from -40°C to +80°C. Made of high-quality materials, such as stranded copper wire and PP insulation, it ensures stable electrical parameters and mechanical strength. The cores are color-coded according to DIN VDE standard, and the yellow-green protective core increases installation safety. Additionally, a special separating foil and a spiral copper screen (coverage approx. 85-95%) minimize electromagnetic interference (EMC). The outer jacket made of special polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to abrasion, tearing, oils and fats, and UV radiation.
