This 7-core ROBOFLEX 2001 cable with 500V voltage is designed for demanding applications in industrial robotics. Its construction and materials guarantee exceptional flexibility and durability, even with intensive twisting and bending. It is ideal for control and signal systems where reliable connections are crucial.

Construction and properties for professionals

The cable stands out with its advanced construction, ensuring long-term and trouble-free operation. It uses high-quality stranded copper conductors, insulated with polypropylene (PP), which provides good flexibility and resistance to damage. The conductors are twisted in parallel and separated by a special separating foil, and the whole is surrounded by a spiral copper screen (coverage approx. 85-95%) to ensure electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). The outer jacket is made of durable polyurethane, resistant to abrasion, tearing, oils and fats. The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0250 / DIN VDE 0285-525-1 / DIN EN 50525-1 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive.

Flexibility and resistance to extreme conditions

The ROBOFLEX 2001 cable maintains flexibility over a wide temperature range – from -30°C to +80°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +80°C (stationary). It is resistant to microbiological action, oxygen, ozone, vibrations and UV radiation. Additionally, it is characterized by low adhesion, which facilitates its cleaning and maintenance. The minimum bending radius is approx. 7.5 x cable diameter, allowing easy installation even in tight spaces. The conductor cross-section of 0.75 mm² provides adequate conductivity for many industrial applications. The use of a copper screen minimizes electromagnetic interference – for optimal performance, it is recommended to have two-sided contact of the braid with the clamps (e.g. cable glands).
