This shielded, halogen-free HELUKABEL SHIPFLEX® 109-C cable is a robust solution for installations in chain systems, especially in demanding industrial and marine environments. The cable is designed to operate at voltages up to 1000 V and is characterized by high resistance to external factors such as oils, UV radiation and extreme temperatures. Its construction ensures reliable operation even in dynamic applications.

Construction and properties

The cable has a single copper strand with a cross-section of 185 mm², made of stranded wire class 6 (very flexible), which ensures high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The strand is insulated with a special material, and the whole is protected with a screen of tinned copper wires (braid), which minimizes electromagnetic interference. The outer coating made of polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to abrasion, oils and UV radiation. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties even in extreme working conditions.
