This specialized HELUKABEL SHIPFLEX 109-C cable is designed for use in demanding applications such as cable carrier systems, especially in industrial and marine environments. Its construction and materials guarantee high resistance to mechanical, chemical damage and extreme temperatures. The cable is shielded, which minimizes electromagnetic interference and ensures stable signal transmission.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a single core with a cross-section of 25 mm², made of stranded copper (class 6), which ensures high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The core is insulated with a special material, and the entire cable is surrounded by a screen made of a braid of tinned copper wires. The polyurethane outer jacket (PUR) provides resistance to abrasion, oils, UV radiation and low and high temperatures. In addition, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire – it limits the emission of toxic gases.
