This shielded HELUKABEL SHIPFLEX 109-C cable is a specialized solution designed for use in energy chains, particularly in demanding industrial and marine environments. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, using a copper core with a cross-section of 50 mm² (class 6 – stranded, very flexible). The core is surrounded by a special insulation, and the whole is protected by a screen of tinned copper wires (optionally with an aluminum foil under the braid), which minimizes electromagnetic interference. A durable outer coating made of polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to abrasion, oils, UV radiation and low and high temperatures. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire.

The cable meets the stringent UL Style 20234 standards and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. It is also resistant to radiation up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad).
