This specialized HELUKABEL SHIPFLEX 109-C cable is designed for operation in demanding industrial environments, particularly in applications with energy chains. Its construction and materials guarantee high resistance to mechanical damage, weathering, and aggressive chemicals. The cable is shielded, minimizing electromagnetic interference and ensuring stable signal transmission.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, utilizing a copper core with a cross-section of 16 mm² (AWG 6), which is stranded and very flexible (class 6). The core is surrounded by a special insulation, and the whole is protected by a braid of tinned copper wires, providing effective shielding. A polyurethane outer jacket (PUR) provides resistance to abrasion, oils, and UV radiation. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, increasing safety in the event of a fire.

The cable meets UL Style 20234 standards and has a number of certificates confirming its quality and safety:
