This shielded chain cable HELUKABEL SHIPFLEX 330 is designed for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. It is ideal for chain guide systems, especially in industrial, marine environments and those exposed to oils and UV radiation. The cable meets stringent UL standards and is characterized by high mechanical and chemical resistance.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of 18 copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.34 mm², which provide good conductivity and flexibility. The conductors are insulated with a special material, and the whole is protected with a screen of tinned copper wires, minimizing electromagnetic interference. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) guarantees resistance to abrasion, oils and extreme temperatures – from -40°C to +80°C. The cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in case of fire.
