This black H05VV-F control and power cable with a cross-section of 2x1 mm² is a universal solution for a wide range of electrical installations. Designed for both professional installers and end-users, it ensures safe and efficient power transmission in various conditions. Its construction based on high-quality PVC guarantees durability and resistance to mechanical damage.

Construction and properties

The cable is made of multi-strand, flexible copper wire (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295), which ensures easy installation and adaptation to various installation configurations. The wire insulation is made of PVC TI2, and the color coding of the wires facilitates correct connection. The outer jacket made of PVC TM2 further protects the cable from external factors. The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-11/ DIN EN 50525-2-11 and IEC 60227-5, which confirms its high quality and safety of use.

Application and operating parameters

The H05VV-F cable is perfect for indoor installations where moderate mechanical stress occurs. It can be used in household appliances, including in damp rooms (e.g., dishwashers, light sources), office equipment and audio-video equipment. It is also suitable for installation inside furniture and in empty spaces within buildings. However, it should not be used outdoors or in industrial equipment and agricultural machinery (except sewing machines).

Key operating parameters include a rated voltage of 300/500 V, a flexible operating temperature range from -5°C to +70°C and a stationary operating temperature from -40°C to +70°C. The cable has an approximate outer diameter of 6.8 mm and consists of two wires insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), placed in a cover also made of PVC. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km, and the test voltage is 2000 V.

The cable is available with a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors) or without it. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. The cable has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
