Control and power cable for wide application

This flexible control cable with PVC jacket, with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², is designed for indoor installations where reliability and resistance to environmental conditions are required. The cable construction, compliant with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-11/ DIN EN 50525-2-11 and IEC 60227-5 standards, guarantees safety and long-term operation. This cable will find application in both home installations and office equipment or household appliances.

Construction and properties

The H05VV-F cable is characterized by a stranded, flexible conductor construction (class 5), which facilitates installation and routing in tight spaces. The conductor insulation is made of PVC TI2, and the conductors are identified by colors according to DIN VDE 0293-308 – up to five conductors the colors are clearly marked, above six – black with white numbering. The cable has a green-yellow protective conductor (from 3 conductors). The outer jacket made of PVC TM2 provides additional mechanical protection and resistance to external factors. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties in the temperature range from -40°C to +70°C during stationary operation and from -5°C to +70°C during flexible operation.

• The insulation resistance is min. 20 MOhm x km, which ensures high quality of the electrical connection.
• The test voltage is 2000V and the breakdown voltage is min. 4000V, which guarantees safety of use.
