This shielded control cable JZ-603-CY is a versatile solution for installation in machines, control systems and assembly lines. Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, designed for durability and safety. Made of twisted copper conductors (class 6 – very flexible), insulated with special PVC TI2, it provides flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The conductors are black with white number printing for easy identification, and in the 3-core version there is a yellow-green protective conductor. A copper braid screen minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in industrial environments. The outer jacket made of oil-resistant PVC TM5 provides additional protection against external factors.
The cable meets strict UL, CSA and HAR standards, confirming its high quality and safety of use in many countries around the world. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not interfere with painting. The cable is also self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, increasing safety in the event of a fire (compliant with IEC 60332-1-2, UL-VW-1, CSA FT1).
Technical parameters and application
The JZ-603-CY cable with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² has a rated voltage of 500 V (UL/CSA 600 V). It is intended for laying in dry, wet and humid rooms with medium mechanical load – not suitable for outdoor use. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +70°C (flexible) for HAR approval and from -40°C to +90°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +90°C (flexible) for UL/CSA approvals. The minimum bending radius is 5x cable diameter for fixed laying and 10x cable diameter during flexible operation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 8.6 mm.
