This shielded control cable JZ-603-CY, with 7 cores of 0.75 mm² cross-section, is a versatile solution for a wide range of applications. Construction and properties ensuring long-term operation
The cable is characterized by a solid construction. Copper cores, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards, ensure flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. Insulation made of high-quality PVC TI2 guarantees safety and reliability. A copper braid screen minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in industrial environments. Additionally, the outer coating made of oil-resistant PVC TM5 protects the cable from the influence of aggressive chemicals. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 11.9 mm.
Application and compliance with standards
The JZ-603-CY cable is intended for laying in dry, wet and humid rooms with medium mechanical load - but not in the open air. It meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking) and has UL/CSA/HAR certificates confirming its safety and quality. Thanks to its radiation resistance (up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg), it can be used in places exposed to electromagnetic radiation. The cable is also compliant with material flammability standards (UL-VW-1, CSA FT1). The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +90°C (flexible).
