This multi-core control cable JZ-603-CY 4x2.5 PVC, with an outer diameter of approximately 13.4 mm, is a versatile solution for a wide range of applications in electrical installations. Designed for demanding working conditions, it ensures safe and efficient transmission of control signals in machines, automation systems and assembly lines. The construction with a shielding braid minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in modern industrial installations.

Construction and properties – a combination of durability and functionality

The cable is characterized by a solid construction based on multi-wire copper conductors (class 6), providing high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The insulation made of high-quality PVC TI2 guarantees reliable protection against damage and external factors. The cores are twisted in parallel, which facilitates identification thanks to white numbers printed on a black background. Additionally, the presence of a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 cores) increases safety. A screen made of copper wires provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC), and the oil-resistant outer coating made of PVC TM5 makes the cable resistant to the action of oils and greases.

Application and compliance with standards – versatility and safety

The JZ-603-CY cable is approved for use in dry, wet and humid rooms with medium mechanical load. It is not intended for outdoor laying. It meets the stringent UL-CSA-HAR standards, confirming its high quality and safety of use in many countries around the world. The cable is also compliant with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). This ensures its reliability and compliance with applicable regulations. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +70°C (flexible), allowing it to be used in a wide range of ambient temperatures.
