Construction and properties

The F-CY-OZ cable is designed to provide optimal protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC). It utilizes a dense copper braid that effectively suppresses noise and interference, guaranteeing stable signal transmission. The conductors are made of twisted copper, providing them with high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The insulation of the conductors made of special PVC Z 7225 ensures safe use and durability. Additionally, the insulating foil reduces the outer diameter of the cable, making it easier to route in limited space. The conductors are black with white numbering according to DIN VDE 0293, which facilitates the identification of individual wires during installation.

Application and technical parameters

This cable finds application in both internal installations (dry, damp and wet rooms) and in mechanical engineering. It will work everywhere where flexibility, resistance to interference and reliable connections are required. Thanks to the wide range of operating temperatures (-40°C to +80°C) it can be used in various environmental conditions. The rated voltage of 300/500V allows it to be used in many power applications. The fire reaction class Eca provides additional safety. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 13.5 mm with a conductor cross-section of 1.5 mm². The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and IEC 60332-1-2 (self-extinguishing test).
