This high-quality JZ-600-Y-CY flexible cable, with a cross-section of 3G10 mm² (AWG8), is designed for demanding applications where reliability and protection against interference are key. Construction and properties
The JZ-600-Y-CY cable stands out with its careful construction, which guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Multi-wire, flexible (class 5) copper conductors provide high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. PVC TI2 insulation protects against electrical damage, and a tinned copper braid screen minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC). The outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 provides additional protection against external factors.
It is worth noting the wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +80°C (flexible) – which allows the cable to be used in difficult conditions. Additionally, the cable is UV-resistant (in the version with a black outer jacket) and exhibits high chemical resistance and oil resistance. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not contain substances that interfere with painting.
Applications and compliance with standards
The JZ-600-Y-CY cable finds wide application in measurement, monitoring and control systems for machines and devices. It will work in production lines, air conditioning, foundries or steelworks. Thanks to the shielding, it is particularly recommended where high resistance to electromagnetic interference is required. It can be used in dry, damp and wet rooms (in the version with a black outer jacket).
The cable meets the requirements of standards: DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179. It also has CE certificates confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. It is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2 and UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 standards.
