Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction designed for long-term operation. High-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC) was used in it both as the material for the outer jacket and core insulation. The shielding braid effectively reduces electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable signal transmission. The use of insulating foil allows for a reduction in the outer diameter of the cable, which facilitates its laying even in tight spaces. Flexible stranded cores of class 5 provide flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending.
The cable meets the safety standards EN 13501-6 (fire reaction class Eca) and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51, which guarantees its safe use. The permissible operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C (after installation without vibration) and from -10°C to +80°C during installation. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 8.5 mm.
