Halogen-free cable for cable conductors, paired, shielded SUPER-PAAR-TRONIC-C-PUR® 1x2x0.25 mm² grey, color-coded cores according to DIN 47100 19101
Shielded control cable for dynamic applications
This flexible S.P.T-C-PUR control cable is designed to operate in demanding conditions, especially in chain systems and robotic applications. Its construction ensures reliability and durability even with frequent bending and movement. The cable is shielded, which minimizes electromagnetic interference and ensures stable signal transmission.
This cable is ideal for applications where it is exposed to oils, solvents, acids and other chemicals – its polyurethane outer jacket (PUR) guarantees resistance to these factors. This makes it suitable for harsh industrial environments, as well as applications requiring high flexibility and mechanical resistance.
Construction and properties
The cable is constructed of stranded copper conductors, twisted in pairs for better noise reduction. The conductors are insulated with PP (polypropylene) material and arranged in accordance with DIN VDE 47100, which ensures easy identification. A braid screen made of tinned copper wires effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC). The whole is surrounded by a durable, gray (RAL 7001) jacket made of TMPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), which provides resistance to abrasion, tearing and chemical influences.
- Flexibility: Thanks to the construction with fine-wire conductors, the cable is characterized by high flexibility, which facilitates installation and operation in dynamic applications.
- Chemical resistance: The polyurethane outer jacket provides resistance to oils, solvents, acids and alkalis.
- Shielding: The braid of tinned copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference.
- Durability: Robust construction guarantees long service life even with intensive use.
- Temperature range: The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +70°C (stationary operation) and from -30°C to +70°C (dynamic operation).
- Compliance with standards: The product meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
Technical parameters and applications
The cable has a conductor cross-section of 0.25 mm² and a rated voltage of 350 V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 4.9 mm. It is intended for use in control systems, robotics, machines and equipment exposed to frequent movements and in industrial environments requiring high chemical and mechanical resistance. Thanks to the shielding, it is ideal for transmitting signals in places with a high level of electromagnetic interference. Remember to follow the rules for laying the cable in energy chains and to familiarize yourself with the instructions before installation.
