Halogen-free cable for cable conductors, paired, shielded SUPER-PAAR-TRONIC-C-PUR® 1x2x0.5 mm² grey, color-coded cores according to DIN 47100 19119
Control cable for use in energy chains
This flexible, shielded cable, designed for control systems, is engineered for demanding applications such as robotics and moving machine parts. Its construction ensures reliable data transmission even in environments exposed to electromagnetic interference and intense bending. The cable is particularly recommended for situations where standard solutions fail – in composting plants or installations with high speeds.
Construction and properties
The cable features an advanced construction that guarantees long service life and resistance to harsh working conditions. It utilizes high-quality materials, such as stranded, fine-wire copper (class 6 according to DIN VDE 0295) and PP insulation. Twisted pairs of cores arranged in parallel ensure precise signal transmission. A braided shield made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) minimizes electromagnetic interference. The whole is surrounded by a durable, oil-resistant polyurethane (TMPU) jacket, resistant to abrasion, tearing and chemicals. The cable is metered and available in grey (RAL 7001).
Parameters and applications
The cable has a cross-section of 0.5 mm² and a rated voltage of 350 V. It is designed to operate in temperatures from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -30°C to +70°C (flexible). The minimum bending radius is 4xØ cable (stationary) and 7.5xØ cable for a cross-section of 0.25 mm² and 10xØ cable for a cross-section of 0.5-1 mm² (flexible). Thanks to its high flexibility, it is ideal for dynamic applications – in BUS systems, robotics or moving machine elements. Additionally, the cable is resistant to radiation up to 100 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad) and does not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. The use of a shield ensures electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and compliance with the low-voltage directive (CE) confirms safe use.
