This halogen-free TOPFLEX®-06-EMV-UV-2XSLCHK-J 4G25 mm² cable is a solution dedicated to powering motors with inverters, providing electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and high resistance to external factors. The cable is designed for demanding industrial applications where reliability and safety are key.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by an advanced construction that guarantees optimal operating parameters. The use of XLPE insulation increases the current-carrying capacity and the operating temperature of the core to +90°C, which translates to a longer service life and greater safety. Double shielding (AL-PET foil and copper braid) minimizes electromagnetic interference, protecting sensitive equipment from damage. In addition, the cable is halogen-free, which means that in the event of a fire, it releases a minimal amount of toxic gases – important for the safety of people and the environment.

Technical specifications

The cable has a cross-section of 25 mm², which allows for the transmission of large currents. Four working cores with colored insulation make it easier to identify individual wires during assembly. The rated voltage is 1000 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The minimum bending radius for mobile installations is 498 mm and for fixed installations 249mm. The cable meets IEC 60332-1-2 and IEC 60754-1 standards regarding fire resistance and the absence of halogen in the coating. The reaction to fire class is Dca according to EN 13501-6 (s2, d1, a1).
