Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction based on multi-wire, flexible copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm². These conductors are insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which provides good electrical protection. Color-coded conductors make them easier to distinguish during installation, and the yellow-green protective conductor further increases safety. The whole is surrounded by an outer jacket made of TM7 mixture, also made of PVC, which provides resistance to abrasion and external factors. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 7.8 mm.

The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +70°C in stationary mode and from -15°C to +70°C during flexible operation. It complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/ DIN EN 50525-3-11 standards, which guarantees its high quality and safety. Additionally, it meets the requirements for low flammability and smoke emission (LSOH – Low Smoke Halogen Free), which is particularly important in places with increased fire protection requirements.
