Construction and properties

The JB-750 HMH cable is characterized by a construction that provides flexibility and resistance to harsh conditions. Made of un-whitened class 5 (flexible stranded) copper conductor insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, it ensures safe use even in case of fire - minimizing the release of toxic gases and smoke. Twisted conductors in parallel facilitate assembly, and the outer jacket made of TM7 mixture provides additional protection against mechanical damage and environmental factors. The gray color (RAL 7001) facilitates identification.

Application and parameters

This cable is ideal for both stationary and flexible installations. It can be used in dry, humid and wet environments, and can also be laid on the surface. Thanks to the wide range of operating temperatures (-40°C to +70°C in stationary mode and -15°C to +70°C in flexible mode), the cable performs well in various industrial conditions. The cable has a rated voltage of 750V and a test voltage of 3000V. The cross-section of the conductors is 70 mm², which allows for the transmission of significant currents. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 40.2 mm.

The halogen-free construction of the JB-750 HMH cable is crucial in places where high fire safety standards are required. It meets DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11 standards, which confirms its compliance with European quality and safety standards. Additionally, the materials used in production do not contain cadmium or silicone, making it environmentally friendly. The cable is also resistant to radiation up to 100 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad).
