Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction based on multi-wire copper conductors of class 5, providing flexibility and ease of installation. The core insulation is made of halogen-free PVC mixture (TI6), which minimizes the emission of toxic gases and smoke in case of fire – important in public and industrial spaces. The outer jacket made of TM7 mixture further protects the cable against mechanical damage and the influence of atmospheric factors. The cable is metered, which facilitates precise dosing of the required length.

Application and parameters

The JB-750 HMH 4G10 mm² cable is used as a measuring and control cable in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, air conditioning equipment, and steel mills. It can be used in both stationary and flexible installations, in dry, humid and wet environments. However, it should not be used in applications with frequent movements or mechanical stresses.

The rated operating voltage of the cable is 450/750 V, and the permissible ambient temperature during operation is from -40°C to +70°C (depending on the method of installation). The conductor cross-section of 10 mm² provides adequate current carrying capacity for many applications. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 18.1 mm.

The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/ DIN EN 50525-3-11, which guarantees its high quality and safety of use. It also has LSOH properties (Low Smoke Halogen Free) – limited smoke emission and no halogen in case of fire – which increases the safety of people near the electrical installation.
