Construction and properties

The JB-750 HMH cable stands out with its construction adapted to intensive use. It features a multi-strand, flexible copper conductor class 5, which ensures good flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The insulation of the cores is made of halogen-free TI6 mixture, and the outer jacket of TM7 mixture – both materials are characterized by high resistance to fire and oils. The cores are twisted in parallel, and the yellow-green protective conductor is placed externally for easy identification. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing and assembly.

Application and parameters

This cable is used as a measuring and control cable in various industrial devices and installations. It meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/ DIN EN 50525-3-11, which guarantees its compliance with European safety standards. The rated voltage U is 750 V, and the permissible ambient temperature during operation is from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +70°C (flexible). The cross-section of the conductor in this model is 35 mm², and the outer diameter is approximately 29.9 mm.
