This halogen-free 1kV control cable, catalog number 12771, is a versatile solution for use in machines, production lines, air conditioning equipment and steel mills. It will work both in stationary and flexible installations where high resistance to external factors is required. The cable's construction is designed with safety and durability in mind, making it an ideal choice for both professional installers and end users.

Construction and properties ensuring long-term operation

The OZ-600 HMH cable is characterized by a solid construction. It has a multi-wire, flexible copper conductor class 5, insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture. The conductors are twisted in parallel and marked with black color and white numbers for easy identification. In addition, the cable has a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture, providing resistance to mechanical damage and atmospheric factors. The outer diameter of the cable is 9.6 mm.

It is worth noting a number of tests and certificates confirming the high quality of the product: fire test compliant with DIN VDE 0482-332-3-24, BS 4066 part 3 and IEC 60332-3-24 standards, as well as compliance with the Low Voltage Directive CE (2014/35/EU). The cable is also self-extinguishing and flame-retardant according to VDE 0482-332-1-2 and DIN EN 60332-1-2 standards. This ensures a high level of safety in the event of a fire.

Application and technical parameters

This cable is designed to operate in temperatures from -40°C to +80°C during fixed installation and from -15°C to +70°C during flexible operation. The rated voltage is 1000 V, and the minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for fixed laying and 15 x cable diameter for flexible operation. The conductor cross-section is 2.5 mm². The cable is available in a two-core version (2x2.5) and has conductor markings with numbers. Thanks to its properties, it can be laid in dry, wet and humid environments and surface-mounted.
