Halogen-free control cable – safety and reliability

This flexible control cable JZ-520 HMH-C LS0H is a solution designed for demanding installations where fire safety and protection against interference are crucial. The cable is distinguished by a construction that minimizes the emission of smoke and toxic gases in the event of a fire, making it an ideal choice for public and industrial buildings. Shielding ensures stable signal transmission in environments exposed to electromagnetic interference.

Construction and properties

The cable is constructed of multi-wire copper conductors, providing flexibility and resistance to bending. The conductors are insulated with halogen-free TI7 polymer, which, combined with the M1 coating, guarantees a high level of safety in the event of a fire. A copper wire braid with a coverage density of approximately 85% effectively shields against electromagnetic interference (EMC). Additionally, the cable has a green-yellow protective conductor (from 3 conductors upwards), placed in the outer layer of the core, which increases safety.
