Universal control cable for demanding installations

This flexible control cable, designated JZ-520 HMH-C LS0H, is a reliable solution for both professional installers and end-users. The cable is designed with safety and durability in mind, offering high resistance to external factors and minimizing the risk of toxic substance emissions in the event of a fire. Its construction and properties make it ideally suited for use in public buildings and industrial installations.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of multi-strand copper conductors of flexibility class 5, providing exceptional flexibility and resistance to repeated bending. The conductors are insulated with halogen-free TI7 polymer, which significantly increases safety. The green-yellow protective conductor (in 3-core versions) is located externally for easy identification and connection. The twisted conductors are surrounded by a polyester film and a copper braid screen, which minimizes electromagnetic interference and ensures stable signal transmission. The whole is covered with a halogen-free M1 coating in gray (RAL 7001), providing additional protection against mechanical damage and weathering.

Safety and compliance with standards

The cable meets stringent fire safety standards, including CPR class B2ca-s1a, d0, a1. This means that in the event of a fire, it emits minimal smoke and toxic gases, which is crucial in public buildings and where high safety for people is required. The cable complies with DIN VDE and EN 50525 standards, guaranteeing its high quality and reliability. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone and cadmium-free, ensuring their environmental friendliness. The cable is designed to operate in a temperature range from -40°C to +70°C (flexibly from -15°C to +70°C) at a voltage of 300/500 V. The minimum bending radius allows for easy installation even in tight spaces – 4x cable diameter for fixed laying and 12.5x cable diameter for flexible laying.
