Control cable halogen-free shielded – safety and reliability

This flexible control cable JZ-520 HMH-C LS0H is a solution designed for demanding applications where fire safety and protection against electromagnetic interference are key. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-term and trouble-free operation. Its construction utilizes multi-wire copper conductors of flexibility class 5, which guarantees high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The core insulation is made of halogen-free TI7 polymer, which reduces the emission of toxic gases and smoke in the event of a fire – important in places with a high concentration of people. Additionally, the screen in the form of a braid of copper wires provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC), minimizing the risk of errors in signal transmission. The outer jacket made of halogen-free M1 plastic provides additional mechanical and chemical protection.
