Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a multi-wire construction of copper cores, which provides it with high flexibility and resistance to bending. Insulation made of a halogen-free polymer mixture minimizes the risk of releasing toxic gases during combustion, which is crucial for the safety of people and equipment. A screen made of copper braid protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), ensuring stable signal transmission. The outer coating made of a halogen-free plastic further increases resistance to fire and corrosion. It is worth paying attention to the CPR class B2ca-s1a, d0, a1 – it testifies to the high parameters of reaction to fire.

Application and installation

The JZ-520 HMH-C LS0H cable is perfect as a control cable in fixed and flexible installations. It can be used in both dry and humid environments and laid on the surface. Thanks to its flexibility, it is ideal for routing in tight spaces and with complex routes. For optimal protection against EMC interference, it is recommended to have two-sided contact of the copper braid with the clamps (e.g. EMC cable glands). Let's also remember to maintain the minimum bending radius – 12.5x the cable diameter for flexible laying and 4x the diameter for fixed laying – to avoid damage to the internal cores.
