Thanks to the use of halogen-free materials, this cable limits the emission of toxic gases and smoke, protecting the health and lives of users and sensitive electronics.

Construction and properties ensuring long-term operation

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, using high-quality materials. Multi-strand copper conductors of flexibility class 5 provide flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. Insulation made of halogen-free TI7 polymer mixture guarantees safety in case of fire. A screen in the form of a braid of copper wires with a coverage density of approx. 85% effectively minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in modern electrical installations and control systems. A jacket made of halogen-free type M1 plastic further increases resistance to mechanical damage and external factors.

Application and compliance with standards

Designed for use as a control cable in fixed and flexible installations, in dry, damp and wet rooms. It is ideal for machines, conveyor belts, production lines and air conditioning systems. It meets stringent European standards, including CPR class B2ca-s1a, d0, a1, which confirms its high level of fire safety.
