Universal rubber cable for demanding conditions

This halogen-free rubber cable HELUPOWER® H07RN-F LS0H is a solid solution for both professional installers and end-users who need reliable power in harsh conditions. The cable is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to external factors, making it ideal for use both indoors and outdoors.

Construction and properties

The cable is designed with safety and durability in mind. Made of un-tinned copper conductors (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295), insulated with special rubber, it provides effective current conduction. The outer jacket made of LS0H (halogen-free) rubber guarantees resistance to UV radiation, weather conditions, oils, and twisting – which is particularly important in wind turbines. Conductor identification is carried out in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308, which facilitates correct connection. The cable is available with a yellow-green protective conductor (marking G) or without it (marking x).

Applications and operating parameters

The HELUPOWER® H07RN-F LS0H cable is perfect for use in areas exposed to moisture, water (immersion up to 100m) and varying temperatures. It can be used in both open and closed installations (pipes, ducts). Its operating temperature range is flexibly from -40°C to +90°C and stationary from -50°C to +90°C. The cable is tested for behavior during fire (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2) and halogen-free (DIN VDE 0482-754-1 / DIN EN 60754-1 / IEC 60754-1), which increases safety. The operating voltage is 450/750V, and the maximum working voltage for alternating current is 476/825V and for direct current 619/1238V. The minimum bending radius is approximately 6x the cable diameter for flexible mounting and approximately 4x the diameter for stationary mounting.
