Universal rubber cable for demanding conditions

This halogen-free rubber cable HELUPOWER® H07RN-F LS0H is a solid solution for both professional installers and end users. It provides reliable operation in a wide range of applications, from installations in buildings to demanding external conditions. The cable is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to external factors, which facilitates installation and ensures long-term operation.

Construction and properties for safety and durability

The cable is made of copper conductors, which ensure good electrical conductivity. Insulation made of rubber and the outer jacket made of the same material guarantee protection against mechanical damage, moisture and atmospheric factors. The cable construction meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 and DIN EN 50525-2-21, which confirms its high quality and safety. Particularly important is the halogen-free materials, which in the event of a fire minimizes the emission of toxic gases – increasing the safety of people and equipment. The cable is tested for fire behavior (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2), smoke density (DIN VDE 0482-1034-1+2, DIN EN 61034-1+2, IEC 61034-1+2) and corrosiveness of flue gases (DIN VDE 0482-754-2 / DIN EN 60754-2 / IEC 60754-2).

Applications and operating parameters

The HELUPOWER® H07RN-F LS0H cable is ideal for use in places exposed to medium mechanical stress – both in dry, damp and wet environments. It can be used outdoors and underwater (to a depth of 100 m at a water temperature of at least +5°C). Thanks to the wide range of operating temperatures (flexible from -40°C to +90°C, stationary from -50°C to +90°C) the cable is suitable for use in harsh climatic conditions. The operating voltage is U0/U 450/750 V, and the maximum operating voltage for alternating current U0/U 476/825 V and for direct current U0/U 619/1238 V. The minimum bending radius is approximately 6x cable diameter for flexible mounting and approximately 4x cable diameter for stationary mounting. Conductor identification is carried out in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308 – single black conductor, colored conductors up to five conductors and black conductors with white numbering from six conductors upwards. Conductors with a yellow-green protective conductor are marked with the symbol "G".
