Universal rubber cable for demanding conditions

This halogen-free rubber cable HELUPOWER® H07RN-F LS0H is a solid solution for both professional installers and end users. It provides reliable power supply in a wide range of applications, from dry rooms to environments with increased humidity and exposure to atmospheric factors. The cable construction guarantees flexibility and durability, and the use of halogen-free materials increases safety in case of fire.

Construction and properties

The cable is made of copper conductors, which provide good electrical conductivity. The insulation made of special rubber provides resistance to mechanical and chemical damage. The outer rubber jacket protects the cable from external factors such as UV radiation, oils and greases. The conductors are twisted in parallel, which facilitates installation and ensures flexibility. Conductor identification is carried out in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308 – black for one conductor, colored for up to five conductors, and black with white numbering for a larger number of conductors. A version with a yellow-green protective conductor (G) or without it (x) is also available.

The cable is characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +90°C (flexible) and -50°C to +90°C (stationary). The permissible short-circuit temperature is as high as +250°C. The cable is resistant to torsion, making it ideal for use in wind turbines. The minimum bending radius is 6x the cable diameter for flexible operation and 4x for stationary operation.
