This high-quality TOPSERV® 109 PUR flexible cable, with a cross-section of 4x6 mm², is designed for use in demanding industrial environments, particularly in servo motor connections, robotics and automation systems. It is characterized by exceptional flexibility and resistance to external factors, guaranteeing reliable operation even under intensive use. The cable complies with UL AWM Style 21223/20234, CSA AWM and VDE standards, confirming its safety and quality.

Construction and properties

The TOPSERV® 109 PUR cable stands out with its careful construction, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. It is made of multi-strand copper conductors (class 6), insulated with halogen-free polypropylene. The power conductors are color-coded (black with printing) for easy identification, and the protective conductor is yellow-green. All conductors are surrounded by a shielding braid of copper wires, which minimizes electromagnetic interference. In addition, the cable has a fleece braid to facilitate sliding and an outer polyurethane (PUR) coating in orange (RAL 2003), which is resistant to abrasion, oils, hydrolysis and UV radiation. This combination of materials ensures exceptional durability and flexibility of the cable even with frequent bending.
