Single-core rubber welding cable H01N2-D 1x10 mm² black 31001
Welding cable – reliability in demanding conditions
This single-core welding cable with a rubber jacket is designed for operation in harsh industrial and welding environments. Compliant with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-81 / DIN EN 50525-2-81 standards, it provides a safe and efficient connection between the generator/welding machine and the electrode. Its construction and materials guarantee long-term operation even in environments exposed to chemical, mechanical and thermal factors.
Flexibility and damage resistance
The cable is characterized by high flexibility, which facilitates its laying and connection, even in tight spaces. Additionally, it is resistant to ozone, UV light, oxygen, protective gases, oils and gasoline. The neoprene rubber jacket provides protection against low and high temperatures and the influence of flames – it meets the requirements of IEC 60332-1-2 regarding fire resistance. The ability to operate in a temperature range from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and -25°C to +80°C (flexible) makes it a universal solution for many applications.
Application and construction
This cable is used in the automotive, shipbuilding, transport industries and on production lines. It is ideal for anywhere that requires high flexibility, resistance to external factors and safe welding connections. The cable construction is based on twisted stranded copper conductors (320 x 0.2 mm), which ensures good electrical conductivity and flexibility. Insulation made of neoprene rubber protects the conductor from mechanical and chemical damage. The cable has a cross-section of 10 mm² and is designed to operate at a voltage of 100V. The minimum bending radius is 12 x cable diameter for H01N2-D and 10 x cable diameter for H01N2-E.
