Single-core rubber welding cable H01N2-D 1x120 mm² black 31008
Welding cable – reliability in demanding conditions
This robust, single-core welding cable with a rubber jacket is the ideal solution for applications in industry, transport and anywhere requiring high flexibility and resistance to harsh conditions. The cable is designed to connect generators or welding machines to electrodes, providing safe and efficient energy transmission.
Construction and properties
The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-81 / DIN EN 50525-2-81, guaranteeing its high quality and compliance with European safety standards. Made of twisted copper core, unannealed, it provides excellent conductivity. The outer jacket made of neoprene (chlorinated rubber mixture EM5) protects the cable from external factors. Additionally, the cable remains flexible even when exposed to ozone, UV light, oxygen, protective gases, oils and gasoline.
- Wide temperature range: flexible from -25°C to +80°C, stationary from -40°C to +80°C – enables operation in extreme conditions.
- Flame retardancy: meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 / DIN EN 60332-1-2 and DIN VDE 0472 part 804.
- Oil and gasoline resistance: ensures long-term reliability in industrial environments.
- Minimum bending radius: H01N2-D 12 x cable diameter – facilitates installation even in tight spaces.
- Rated voltage: 100 V – adapted to typical welding applications.
- Test voltage: 1000 V – confirms the high insulation of the cable.
Applications
This cable finds wide application in:
- Automotive industry
- Shipbuilding
- Transport
- Production lines
- Welding applications requiring flexibility and resistance to external factors (both outdoors and indoors).
Thanks to its construction and properties, this cable is ideal for working in harsh industrial conditions, providing a safe and reliable welding connection for a long time. This is particularly important in applications exposed to high temperatures, contact with chemicals or the effects of UV radiation.
