Welding cable – reliability in demanding conditions

This black, single-core welding cable H01N2-D with a cross-section of 150 mm² is a solid solution for professional welders and demanding industrial applications. Designed to work with a generator or welding machine, directly to the electrode, it ensures safe and efficient energy transmission. Flexibility and resistance to extreme conditions

The cable is distinguished by its exceptional flexibility even under the influence of external factors such as ozone, UV radiation, oxygen, protective gases, oil or gasoline. The construction with a rubber jacket provides resistance to low and high temperatures (from -40°C to +80°C in stationary operation and from -25°C to +80°C in flexible operation), as well as to the action of flames. The possibility of installation both outdoors and in a humid environment increases its versatility. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-81 / DIN EN 50525-2-81, which guarantees its quality and safety.

Construction and parameters

The cable is made of twisted copper wire, which ensures good electrical conductivity. It has a separating layer and an outer jacket made of neoprene – chlorinated rubber mixture EM5. The rated voltage is 100 V. This makes it a reliable and safe cable to use. The outer diameter is in the range of 21.2 - 26.4 mm and the weight per meter is 1.62 kg. The cable has passed fire resistance tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 / DIN EN 60332-1-2 and oil resistance tests according to DIN VDE 0473-811-404 / DIN EN 60811-404. The minimum bending radius is 12 x cable diameter for H01N2-D and 10 x cable diameter for H01N2-E.
