Single-core silicone cable resistant to high temperatures SiD 1x0.75 mm² yellow/green 46413
Silicone cable for extreme conditions
This single-core silicone cable is designed for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to extreme temperatures. It is ideal for industrial environments where standard cabling fails. The cable is characterized by high resistance to external factors, guaranteeing reliable operation even in harsh conditions.
Construction and properties
The cable is made of a copper, single-wire conductor with a cross-section of 0.75 mm². Silicone insulation provides resistance to temperatures from -60°C to +180°C (short-term up to +220°C). Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, increasing safety in the event of a fire – in accordance with IEC 60332-1-2. The cable construction includes a glass fiber braid, which further strengthens its structure and ensures durability. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 2.3 mm. It should be noted that in stationary installations, it is recommended to lay the cable in ventilated places, as prolonged exposure to temperatures above +90°C may affect the properties of the silicone.
Applications and benefits
The SiD cable is widely used in industries such as: steelworks, aviation, cement plants, glass and ceramics factories, and power plants. Its resistance to oils, greases, acids, alkalis and atmospheric conditions makes it a versatile choice for a variety of applications. Thanks to the high flashpoint and compliance with safety standards (DIN VDE 0482 part 267 / DIN EN 50267-2-2), this cable ensures safe and reliable operation of devices even in the most demanding conditions. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500V.
