This exceptionally flexible silicone cable is designed for operation in extreme temperatures and harsh industrial environments. It is characterized by high resistance to external factors, making it a reliable solution in many applications. The cable is made of multi-strand, very flexible class 6 conductor, which facilitates installation and ensures long-term operation.

Application and design features

HELUTHERM SiFF cable is ideal for use in the steel, metallurgical, aerospace, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic industries. The halogen-free construction allows its use even in power plants, where fire safety is crucial. Thanks to its resistance to high temperatures (up to +180°C) and low temperatures (down to -60°C), the cable performs well in a wide range of applications. Its flexibility makes it easy to lay even in tight spaces.

The cable is designed in accordance with DIN VDE 0250-1 and 502 standards, which guarantees its safety and reliability. It has a rated voltage of 300/500 V and a conductor cross-section of 10 mm². The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 7.1 mm. Additionally, it is resistant to oils, greases, alcohols, diluted acids and alkalis – which increases its durability in demanding industrial environments. An important aspect is also its resistance to vertical flame propagation according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 / DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1-2 and halogen-free according to DIN VDE 0482-754-1 / DIN EN 60754-1 / IEC 60754-1.
