Single-core silicone wire, high temperature resistant, very flexible SiFF 1x1.5mm² brown 45504
Silicone cable for demanding conditions
This 1.5 mm² brown single-core SiFF cable is a solution for installations where standard cabling fails. It is characterized by exceptional flexibility and resistance to extreme temperatures, making it an ideal choice for industrial and specialized applications. Made of multi-strand, very flexible class 6 wire, it ensures a reliable connection even in difficult conditions.
Construction and properties
The cable is designed for durability and safety. Silicone insulation guarantees resistance to high temperatures – both in stationary operation (up to +180°C) and flexible operation (up to +180°C), as well as to low temperatures (down to -60°C). This is particularly important in applications exposed to thermal cycles. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases fire safety and minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire – it meets IEC 60332-1-2 and DIN VDE 0482-754-1/DIN EN 60754-1/IEC 60754-1 standards. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V, allowing its use in a wide range of electrical installations.
Applications
The HELUTHERM SiFF cable finds application in many branches of industry: steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic. It will also be useful in power plants. Its chemical resistance to oils, greases, alcohols and other substances makes it suitable for environments with increased risk of corrosion. Thanks to its high flexibility, it facilitates assembly even in tight spaces. The minimum bending radius (flexible 12.5x Ø cable) allows for routing cables in complex installation systems.
