Application and properties
HELUTHERM SiFF cable is particularly recommended for use in the steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic industries. Thanks to its halogen-free properties, it can also be used in power plants. Its exceptional flexibility makes it easy to install even in tight spaces. The cable is also resistant to oils, greases, alcohols and many other chemicals.
- Wide operating temperature range: from -60°C to +180°C (flexible) and -60°C to +180°C (stationary). This allows it to be used in extreme conditions.
- Halogen-free: meets the standards DIN VDE 0482-754-1/DIN EN 60754-1/IEC 60754-1, which increases fire safety.
- Chemical resistance: resistant to many oils, greases, alcohols and other chemicals.

Construction and parameters
The cable has a multi-strand copper conductor with a cross-section of 1 mm², insulated with silicone. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 2.8 mm. The cable construction is designed to provide maximum flexibility while maintaining high mechanical strength and resistance to external factors. The test voltage is 2000 V and the breakdown voltage is at least 5000 V, which confirms its high quality and reliability. The minimum bending radius is 12.5x the cable diameter for flexible operation and 5x the cable diameter for fixed installation, making installation easier even in hard-to-reach places.
