Single-core silicone wire, high temperature resistant, very flexible SiFF 1x2.5mm² red 45602
Extreme application silicone cable
This exceptionally flexible silicone cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range and harsh industrial conditions. It features high resistance to external factors, making it an ideal solution for demanding applications. The cable is intended for use in installations where standard cabling does not meet expectations.
Construction and properties
The cable is made of multi-strand, very flexible class 6 conductor, providing high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. Silicone insulation guarantees resistance to high and low temperatures – from -60°C to +180°C in stationary operation and from -25°C to +180°C in flexible operation. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, increasing safety and reducing the emission of toxic substances in the event of a fire (compliant with IEC 60332-1-2 and DIN VDE 0482-754-1/DIN EN 60754-1/IEC 60754-1). The cable also features high chemical resistance to oils, greases, acids, alkalis and other aggressive substances.
Applications and benefits
The cable is widely used in various industries, such as: steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic. It can also be used in power plants. Its halogen-free nature and resistance to high temperatures make it an excellent choice for installations in areas with increased fire risk. Thanks to its flexibility, it simplifies installation even in hard-to-reach places. The cable is designed for rated voltages of 300/500V and a conductor cross-section of 2.5 mm², making it a universal solution for many applications. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 3.9 mm.
