Single-core silicone wire, resistant to high temperatures, very flexible SiFF 1x0.5mm² white 45205
Extreme application silicone cable
This exceptionally flexible silicone cable is designed to operate in a wide range of temperatures and harsh industrial conditions. It features high resistance to external factors, making it an ideal choice for both professional installers and end-users looking for a reliable solution. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0250-1 and 502 standards, guaranteeing its safety and quality.
Construction and properties
The cable is made of multi-strand, very flexible class 6 conductor, providing exceptional flexibility and easy installation even in tight spaces. Silicone insulation provides resistance to high and low temperatures – from -60°C to +180°C (flexible) and from -60°C to +180°C (stationary). The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500V, and the outer diameter is approximately 2.4 mm with a conductor cross-section of 0.5 mm². The cable is halogen-free, increasing safety in the event of a fire and minimizing the emission of toxic gases.
Applications and benefits
This cable finds wide application in various industries, such as: steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic. It can also be used in power plants. Its resistance to oils, greases, alcohols, acids and other chemicals makes it ideal for working in an aggressive environment. Additionally, the cable is characterized by high resistance to UV radiation and ozone. This ensures long-lasting and reliable operation in demanding conditions. The minimum bending radius is 12.5x the cable diameter for flexible operation and 5x the cable diameter for fixed installation – making installation easier even in complex systems.
