Flexible, halogen-free cable – safety and reliability in one. This single-core HELUTHERM® 145 cable, with a cross-section of 6 mm² and yellow-green insulation, is designed for applications requiring a high level of fire safety. Made of electron-beam cross-linked copper, it offers not only flexibility and durability but, above all, minimizes risk in the event of a fire – it does not spread flames and does not release toxic gases. This is crucial in public buildings, industrial installations, and anywhere where protecting life and property is paramount.

Construction and properties

The cable features a multi-wire construction (class 5), providing high flexibility and ease of installation. The insulation made of cross-linked polyolefin copolymer (XLPO) guarantees resistance to high temperatures – both in flexible mode (-35°C to +120°C) and stationary mode (-55°C to +145°C). The rated voltage is 450/750 V, and the test voltage is 3500 V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 5.2 mm. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation, oils, and weather conditions.

Additionally, the materials used in production are silicone and cadmium-free, making it environmentally friendly.
