This single-core cable with a fiberglass braid is a solution for the most demanding applications where standard cables fail. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: a multi-strand nickel core surrounded by special fiberglass insulation. This combination provides flexibility and mechanical strength, as well as resistance to extreme temperatures – from -60°C to +400°C (short-term up to +450°C). Additionally, the cable has high resistance to radiation and chemical properties. The minimum bending radius is 15x the outer diameter of the cable, which facilitates installation even in tight spaces.

This cable is available in beige and has a core cross-section of 1 mm². The outer diameter is approximately 2.9 mm. It should be noted that during the first start-up at a temperature above 200°C, the impregnating varnish may degrade, leaving clean glass fibers as insulation – this is a normal phenomenon resulting from the specifics of the material.
