This balcony and terrace drain, with a diameter of DN50/75, is a solution designed for effective drainage of water from balconies and terraces. The design with a swivel outlet provides flexibility during installation, allowing adaptation to the specifics of a particular installation. A bitumen collar with a diameter of 420mm guarantees a tight connection with the waterproofing layer, minimizing the risk of leaks and structural damage.

The drain is equipped with a dry anti-odor flap, which effectively blocks unpleasant odors from the sewer, ensuring comfortable use. The plastic top and stainless steel grate are characterized by high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage, which translates into a long service life of the device. Height adjustment of the top in the range of 12-70mm allows for precise adjustment to the structural layers of the balcony or terrace.

Construction and application

This drain is ideal for both new investments and renovations of existing balconies and terraces. It is designed for gravity drainage of surfaces up to 26m2 (with rainfall of 300 l/(sxha)), making it a universal solution for various applications. The ability to adjust the outlet angle by 90 degrees facilitates installation in tight spaces and allows for optimal water drainage to the sewage system.

An additional advantage is compatibility with additional elements – straight and flange extensions (HL340N, HL85N, HL85NH) and a drainage ring (HL180). This allows you to adapt the drainage to specific layers of the balcony/terrace and expand the system in the future. The possibility of using the HL82 heating set prevents water from freezing in winter, which increases the safety and functionality of the system.
