This vertical balcony and terrace drain, with a diameter of DN75/110, is an optimal solution for gravity drainage of water from balcony and terrace surfaces. Equipped with a dry anti-odor flap, it effectively blocks unpleasant odors from the sewer system, ensuring comfortable use. The neck with a stainless steel frame measuring 145x145mm and a grate of 138x138mm guarantee an aesthetic appearance and durability. Height adjustment in the range of 8-80mm allows for perfect adaptation to the structure layers of the balcony or terrace.

Construction and installation – flexibility and tightness

The drain is designed for easy and durable installation. The drain collar allows for a tight connection with the waterproofing layer, especially after using the HL8300 series sealing kit (available separately). The solid construction made of polypropylene (PP) and stainless steel ensures corrosion resistance and long-term operation. A load capacity of up to 300kg makes the drain suitable even for heavily used surfaces. The set includes mounting brackets and a protective cover during installation.

Performance and compatibility – adaptation to needs

Water flow at 2.00 l/s ensures effective drainage even during heavy rainfall. The drain is designed for surfaces up to 67m2 with rainfall intensity of 300 l/(s ha). The system can be expanded with additional elements – simple extensions (HL34000), collars (HL8500, HL8500H) and a drainage ring (HL150) – allowing you to adapt the drainage to the specific conditions of a given project. Additionally, it is possible to use the HL156 heating kit, which prevents water from freezing in winter. Compliance with EN1253 standard confirms the high quality and safety of the product.
