Cast iron cover for gullies – a durable and reliable solution

This cast iron cover, designed for use with various gully series (HL70, HL80, HL90, HL300, HL304, HL310N, HL510N and extensions HL340N, HL85N, HL85NC, HL85NH and drainage ring HL180), is a solid drainage element. Made of cast iron, it provides high resistance to loads and corrosion – ideal for use in areas exposed to intensive use.

The cover's design allows for height adjustment by cutting off a fragment of the spigot, which facilitates adaptation to specific installation conditions. The spigot made of polypropylene (PP) guarantees a tight connection with the drainage system. The lack of a siphon in this version makes it a good solution where odor lock is not required.

Construction features and application

The cover is characterized by a load class of L15 (1.5 tons), which means it can withstand the load of passenger cars and light trucks. The cast iron grate with dimensions of 137x137mm provides effective water drainage and retains larger debris. The total height of the cover is 95mm. This makes it suitable for both residential and commercial construction – in parking lots, sidewalks or industrial facilities.
