This complete balcony and terrace drain, with a diameter of DN75, is a reliable solution for draining water from balconies, terraces, as well as sidewalks and parking areas. Equipped with a bitumen collar, it provides a tight connection with the waterproofing layer, minimizing the risk of leaks and structural damage.

Construction and application

The drain consists of a solid frame and grate made of cast iron with dimensions of 190x190mm, which guarantees a high load capacity – as much as B125 (12.5 tons). This makes it ideal for places exposed to heavy use. Additionally, the odor flap effectively blocks unpleasant odors from the sewer, and protective elements facilitate installation and protect the body from damage. Adjustable stem height in the range of 45-80mm allows adaptation to various construction conditions.

Water flow at the level of 2.90 l/s and the possibility of using additional elements (straight and flange extensions and a drainage ring) allow for optimal adaptation of drainage to specific needs and surface areas – up to 96m2 with typical rainfall (300 l/(sxha)). The HL155 heating set can be used to prevent water from freezing in winter.
