The HL84.L waterproofing kit is a modern two-component system developed specifically for solvent-free liquid waterproofing. It consists of a flexible TPE part in the clamping area and a fleece-coated membrane, which ensures adhesion to the waterproofing material.

Compatibility and working materials

The kit is designed for installation on roof drains series HL62, HL63, HL64 and HL65. It is compatible with a wide range of liquid plastics: PMMA (polymethacrylate resin), EP (epoxy resin), and PUR (polyurethane resin). The system complies with the requirements of the DIN 18531 Part 2 standard.

During application, only solvent-free materials should be used - this ensures a durable seal resistant to weather conditions.

Construction and installation principles

Installation of the kit is carried out by fastening it to the clamping ring of the roof drain. Once installed, the fleece-coated membrane ensures adhesion to the appropriate waterproofing material.

Particular attention should be paid to the application technique - the membrane must be embedded in the waterproofing material on both sides using the "sandwich" method. This method of installation ensures the tightness of the connection between the kit and the waterproofing layer.
