The IFM 25/K flange-connected magnetic filter is a reliable solution for cleaning water from ferromagnetic contaminants, such as corrosion products and sediment. The IFM filter combines a solid construction with advanced technology. The body and cover are made of ZL 250 cast iron or Zs 50007 spheroidal graphite cast iron, which guarantees strength and corrosion resistance. The magnetic insert, built from a stack of ring-shaped ferrite magnets separated by spacers, creates a strong magnetic field (up to 0.5 T in magnetic traps), effectively capturing ferromagnetic particles. Additionally, a mesh insert with a density of 100 to 600 mesh/cm² retains mechanical contaminants that are not subject to the magnetic field.

Thanks to this solution, the filter not only protects sensitive installation elements from damage but also reduces the risk of failures and downtime. It is important to regularly clean the mesh and magnetic inserts – this is a simple operation that allows maintaining the high efficiency of the filter for a long time.
